Mohadese Amini

Mohadese Amini is a PhD student in the sustainable Polymers Research Lab (SPRL) at Toronto Metropolitan University. Her research focuses on the application of Pectin aerogels in food packaging systems. She brings expertise in Pectin modification to enhance the mechanical behavior of the system to be used for such applications.

Mohadese earned her Master of Science degree from Amirkabir University of Technology, where she worked on synthesis of a superplasticizer system to enhance the lubrication of cementitious systems. At SPRL, she contributes to develop sustainable products in packaging industry.
